Is Storm really JUST DPS Material?

I’m saying this out of curiosity. I main Storm and playing as her I could see a common ground. She needs the team to help win. She can buff the team with Speed or Damage but by herself she’s not going far. I see her more as a support that dualist because, although she doesn’t heal, she can still buff her team like the other supports like Mantis and Luna can. It’s a similar situation with Mister Fantastic. He’s a Dualist yet some factors about him fit in with the Vanguard category.

I do love using Storm as I find her to be interesting with her kit when used well.
